1.5.1[8818] Galactic stock exchange bonus not applying

After building the Galactic Stock Exchange, the bonus is not applied. Moving a pop from an empty tile to the GSE, my Energy productions drops by 1 (the upkeep of the GSE) but is not increased by the bonus.

Apparently this happened in earlier versions as well, but different from what was claimed in the old report, reloading the save didn't help.

I have a Galactic stock exchange in one of my games and just tried it out. Deactivating it only dropped the energy production a little bit (The tile itself collected 5 energy due to various bonuses) until the end of the month, at which point it dropped dramatically. Turning it back on had no effect until another month had passed, at which point it returned to the previous level.

Conclusion, Galactic Stock Exchange works as intended, but its monthly effect is not felt until the beginning of the month after it's been activated.

Hi @nathelbiya thanks for the report but the issue is exactly as @Zoinker has explained. The empire-wide tile-bonus is checked on a monthly tick, so you have to wait until then to see it in action.

Ok, the bonus indeed applies as the month ticks over. This is very confusing.
