PLEASE HELP OUT WITH THINGS HERE:

..or tell us if something is obsolete and should be removed from the list.

AS SOLUTIONS ARE FOUND, THE ITEMS WILL BE MARKED IN GREEN.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Bugs to Fix List:

-Granada Muhammad XII monarch will not die.->obsolete

-Text neeeded for several Vietnamese events.
-I think that some of the Ottoman-Persia wars events should have a trigger about them not being Shiite. In the same game as above, the Ottos chose to convert in an event possibly involving a son or something. Can't remember specifically. Was kinda weird for the two major Shiite powers to keep trying to destroy each other. OTOH, it did make their conquests of the Muslim world a little easier.
-EVENTHIST3171 "Repatriation of the Netherlands" needs a generic text, not about the Spanish campaign.
-Events for Irish minors and England interaction need tweaking.
-Gotland, Iceland and Normandy all lack description. LINK
-There seems to be a problem with the event sequence playing Hungary and electing (unhistorically) János I Corvin after the death of Matthias. After János I Corvin dies in 1504, Zápolya becomes the next king (as János II Zápolya) until 1540. However, the (historical) events concerning king Lajos and Sulejman kick in around 1526 (Lajos insults Sulejman, Death of Lajos - election of Zápolya or Ferdinand etc.)

-some questions for 1648 scenario - see here (but maybe not now for Jakarta CoT)
-USA as revolter - see here and I understood ribbon already agreed
-Provence as part of HRE - no big deal to have it removed anyway since it is not easy to say influence of Emperor was really effective.
-1520 scenario setup and especially tax and income effects - see here (I'm not sure I really understood explanation in following post :eek:o and no time to test values myself). This setup (if accurate) should be copied in 1648 scenario and mixed with other changes in 1648.

Don't know what to do (bugs 1.38):
LINK
Kosem Sultana: Having Kosem be the power behind the throne is fine...but from the event description and commands given, it's clear she's meant to be the power behind the throne for 20 years - not the 5 or 6 that Ahmad lives for. Since monarch modifiers are cancelled when a new monarch takes the throne, this means the 480 months in the event are misleading. Either we need to script new events for each monarch to give bonuses (possibly lessening as reaction against her increases) or we need to make her a dormant monarch that can replace several other monarchs when Ahmad dies. Removing two-thirds of the intended effect makes this event and the Ottomans quite weak. Submitted
Ottoman Cores: I don't know if it's intentional, but when the Ottomans get a core on Podolia, they don't have cores on any province touching Podolia - neither Moldovia or Wallachia are ever considered Ottoman cores. This makes it hard for them to conquer Podolia, since keeping Moldovia as a one-province vassal usually means Poland adds it to their holdings.
Ottoman Rule is Returned: This event happens even if Smyrna is conquered by a third nation (Byzantium, Karaman, the Knights, et cetera). The event text doesn't make any sense in that case and it triggers an event for the Ottomans that won't have any effect. We should add the trigger that Ghazi (or the Ottomans?) own Smyrna to this event
bug #108 and #110 event 65111 (concerns Vientiane and Luang Prabang)
bug #124 and #125 "Suleyman demands the keys to Hungary" if Hungary doesn't exist

WAD or Bugs?:

-Byzantium does not start with Slavonic culture and Fantasy Byzantium does not get it later. -> For the historical scenario this is intentional, and no bug.

-Does the Incan event that gives them an explorer need to remove and then recreate their Incan COT to ensure that it doesn't dissapear ?
-Many Fantasy_Byzantium events from the AGC were not included. ->They weren't compatible. If anyone want their inclusion a merge have to be submitted.
-When Spain in 1700 is having a Spanish Succession Event should the event actually change whether both France and Austria exists.
-Possible Alternate line of Kongo kings if no European contact.
-Should Spanish Event#3150b-choice-Torquemada sleep event#3160Expulsion of Morisques?
-Should Fantasy Byzantine event#90009 "Economic Reforms" remove the Kerch COt ?. ->already included
-Should France really be ceded Picardie, Bourgone, and Artois in the A choice of Event#3597 "Marriage of Anne of Burgundy" ?
-Should "The "Council of Florence" event for Byzantium require The Ottomans to exist?
-Playing as Castile, I chose to marry Isabel to the Portuguese prince, not the Aragonese one. Soon after, I received the option of claiming Aragon and having the Spanish wedding. Was this designed (to keep Spain from fragmenting)?

Bugs that are in the process of getting fixed:

-Setup and events for Butung, Kutei and U04-Sirvan are all messed up.-Khephren in process of fixing
-Fix some loose ends with the AI events and AI files.
-AI mesh between the PAI and BPAI-Jester handling

Bugs complained of that I could find nothing wrong with or don't know how to fix yet.
-CTD when Hungary annexed Austria in the early 1430s and then Styria became Austria.
-Beaurecratic <sp> Expansion fired Sept 13, 1454
-Error with England monarch George I.
-The events for Burgundy, Denmark etc. etc. triggered by the successful imperial reform seem to be not present...or I'm too stupid to find them.
-Old Munster Events fire for Berg (MUN).
-Hormouz doesn't revolt away, which looks odd. In my game they're owned by Rajputana, and they've been under the rebels for some 60 years now. They're bordered by Persia, Afghanistan and Gujarat.

Regarding
Code:
'Federico I' (Id = 06748) in monarchs.nap
'Ferdinando III*' (Id = 06749) in monarchs.nap

have a look at my post #888 in Italy thread.

That means we have two options if Naples survives after 1501:

1- either we use them in my modified NAP12022 action_A (post #172 in Italian wars thread)

2- or we simply change the historical Ferdinando III with the ahistorical Ferdinando III* (Federico I's son and last member of the Naples Trastamara dynasty) as I suggest in my post in Italy thread mentioned above.

If the latter case is preferred (and I am ow for that option! ;) ), then the two monarchs 06748 and 06749 are to be removed.

#------------#

EDIT: Regarding

Code:
170000 in AGCEEP_Specific_France.eue needs 3321

I would suggested to change it with

event = 3320 #FRA: Hapsburg inherits Burgundy

as for now, since the sequence of "the marriage of Mary of Burgundy" (now starting with BUR3597) is going to be reworked and posted in agceep: Burgundy, specific thread for suggestions and comments!

In the 1520 scenario Protestant religion does not seem to work. The events a la "Hanover converted to Protestantism" fire, but the province religion stays Catholic. May have to do with that the event for activating Protestant religion does not fire, but the one for reformed religion does (and provinces change to reformed after the necessary events).

About this bug: "172055 in AGCEEP_Flavor_Physics.eue needs 172054"

The event reads as following:

Code:
event = {
	id = 172055
	trigger = {
		domestic = { type = innovative value = 3 }
		stability = 0
		owned = { province = 389 data = -1 }
		NOT = { event = 5241 } #MLO: Alessandro Volta
	}
	random = no
	country = HAB

	name = "EVENTNAME5241" #Volta and the first battery
	desc = "EVENTHIST5241"
	#-#Volta was an italian physicist who constructed a device for accumulating a large charge by a series of inductions and groundings. He investigated the 'animal electricity' of Galvani and found that the current was generated from the contact of dissimilar metals, and that the frog leg was only acting as a detector. Using this principle, in 1800 he constructed the first battery to produce electricity. Volta's method of stacking round plates of copper and zinc separated by disks of cardboard moistened with salt solution was termed a Voltaic pile. By touching the copper and zinc disks together, Volta showed them to be oppositely charged.

	date = { day = 1 month = march year = 1800 }
	offset = 360
	deathdate = { day = 29 month = december year = 1801 }

	action_a = {
		name = "ACTIONNAME5241A" #Interesting! Any practical applications?
		command = { type = infra value = 50 }
	}
}

Unless I am overlooking something this event apparently doesn't need event 172054 to trigger.

Right, no more bug here. I just forgot to remove the line in ToDo list but it is mentioned as corrected in PatchInfo and Aegnor already made a proposal to replace all Volta events with a single province based one.

I get UNKNOWN STRING WANTED for Rebel Scum. One ; too little:
RAG_DESC;In 1352 Ramazan, founder of the dynasty, was recognized by the Mamluk sultan of Egypt as the ruler of the Yzok branch of Oguz Turkmen in Cilicia. After a period of attempts to overthrow Mamluk suzerainty, the dynasty's principality about 1418 came under direct Mamluk control and lost its significance. With the extension of Ottoman territories to the Taurus Mountains and after an Ottoman-Mamluk war in 1485-90, the Ramazan territory assumed strategic importance for the Ottomans. In 1514 the Ramazan ruler Mahmud was deposed by the Mamluks and sought refuge with the Ottoman sultan Selim I, who the next year defeated the Mamelukes in Syria and restored the principality to Mahmud. Mahmud's successor Piri was appointed by the Ottomans. He assisted them in suppressing Turkmen revolts in central and southern Anatolia (1526) and enjoyed the favour of Sultan Suleyman I the Magnificent. Cilicia was incorporated into the Ottoman Empire (1608), and thereafter members of the Ramazan dynasty continued to serve as governors of Ottoman provinces in Asia and in the Balkans.;;;;;;;;;

The English event "The Wail of the Pipes" (ENG 21132) fires in 1546, but the event text talks about the situation in Scotland after 1745. This is certainly because there is an event with identical description+text, but firing in 1746 (ENG 21134).

The English event "The Pilgramage of Grace" (ENG 21135) fires in 1536, when it has only option a. However, event ENG 21131 with again the exactly same description and title comes in 1544, but this time with two options.

The English event "The Wail of the Pipes" (ENG 21132) fires in 1546, but the event text talks about the situation in Scotland after 1745. This is certainly because there is an event with identical description+text, but firing in 1746 (ENG 21134).

In previous version, ENG_21134 used 21132 references for text.csv and ENG_21132 texts weren't in text.csv. Same problem with ENG_21135 and ENG_21131 respectively. Inconsistencies impossible to detect with used tools.

Isabel marries Portugese prince

-Playing as Castile, I chose to marry Isabel to the Portuguese prince, not the Aragonese one. Soon after, I received the option of claiming Aragon and having the Spanish wedding. Was this designed (to keep Spain from fragmenting)?

I just reviewed the Castilian events and this isn't an option in 142010. I believe it's been talked about, but not coded.

--Byzantium does not start with Slavonic culture and Fantasy Byzantium does not get it later.

BYZ should never get slavonic culture as they never had it histsorically, the slavic land areas they owned prior to 700AD was populated by Illyrians and when the slavs moved in, the BYZ borders shrunk back towards constantinople.

In regards to the fantasy, do what you like.

I agree. Remove it from the bug list.

Province: Leone [795]

Leone is a gold producing province. However, the entry in province.csv for column "mine(1)?" is incorrect. It is listed as 0 (which means not a gold mine); it should be 1.

I don't know what is the effect on the game, but Leone is the only gold producing province with this anomaly.
