[1.4.1] Issue late game with fleet selection

Hi Guys,

So I'm having an issue with a save I've been working on for a while, i've got a 187K made up of a large number of ships as shown below, and now when I select them, I have no options to interact with them. The window just doesn't appear however I can still send them place. I am playing on Kennedy V1.4.1 (1959)

Ive included some screenshots and the save file, its the 4th star hunters fleet that's the issue. I am also playing in iron man working towards the Purge the Xeno's Achievement as well the close the loop. I really hope you guys can help me out with this

If there's a problem in an Ironman save game it cannot be fixed by editing that save, I'm sorry.

However if you wanted to report it as a bug, let me know and I'll move this to Bug Reports (or you can start a new thread there if you like).
