I am playing as Romania.
Did the focus divide czechoslovakia. Germany approved so they got Czech side, I puppeted Slovakia.
However:
- The old Czechoslovakia army division are still on the map
- My puppet Slovakia has no manpower or divisions. It does not change its conscription laws to gain manpower, but I think its because they don't have a core they will never get manpower.
This last thing about the manpower also goes for Croatia and Serbia (both puppets, newly formed nations trough focus event)
The manpower issue does not occur for Bulgaria and Greece (also puppets but not newly formed nations).
