[1.4.1] Democratic Turkey joins Axis

As UK using the newest patch, all DLC, and Historical Focus On, I used the National Focus "Coerce Turkey". This eventually resulted in Turkey becoming Democratic as the Republic of Turkey. By the end of 1941, they were over 60% Democratic and minding their own business. They were under attack from no one and not part of any Factions. Then suddenly they joined the Axis.

I do not believe this is working as intended, but please confirm.

It is working as intended but it doesn't make sense.

It would be better i think if the focus would take longer than the default for balance reasons and if the focus would be allowed only if Turkey is non-aligned or having the same ideology as Germany.

Yes, it doesn't make sense if Turkey is democratic or communist.
