Game version Kennedy 1.4.1 1759
If you invite a custodial awakened empire into your federation they will refuse any wars you propose and you can not leave the federation. No other empire has declared war on me since the federation was founded.
I can not interact with the game at all other than clicking new research and replacing leaders as they die of old age..
This bug has been around for a few months and screwed up a lot of games. Please make a list of known bugs for players. I would have never founded a federation if I had a warning. An easy fix is don't let people form federations with the awakened empires. At least it could be a temporary fix.
The only mods I have are, "Bigger text" "1080p GUI overhaul" and "war name variety"
