[1.4.0][9b1f] Hungary's leader without DoD (1936 bookmark)

A person on Steam mentioned that there are problems with Hungary's leader. I took a closer look and was able to confirm this.

STR:

1. Start the game without DoD.
2. Go to the 1936 bookmark.
3. Choose Hungary. Now you see this in the country selection screen:
4. If you then start the game with Hungary you get this guy as leader:

What I expected: Horthy to be displayed in the country selection screen (step 4) and in-game (step 5). Just like it was in version 1.3.3, it is in the 1939 bookmark and generally with DoD.

I saw the same thing when I started a game. I had to dig out an older version of the HUN country file to fix it. Definitely a bug.
