Around 1520 Prussia was created. I got a message, something like "Critical Error trying to create leader with conflicting ID 6175". Then repeated for some more. IDs 6175-6179 I think it was.

Looked into the save file.

PRU Friedrich Wilhelm 1640-, ID 6175

HAU Karel III, 1595-, same ID

and so on for the next monarchs.

Played as the Papal State. Was surprised to find that we had only 80-90% tolerance for Catholics at the start of the game.

Is it possible to control starting religious tolerance sliders?

Perhaps change the event text to "We are the third Rome"?
Sounds good. Very historical, too.

No. You asked in a different place about the number of sliders. That is a non-editable number based on religion.

Looking through DAN monarch files I came across something like this (e.g. danish monarch #06356):

Code:
	[b]enddate[/b] = {
		year = 1559
		month = january
		day = 25
	}

According to Havard's guide deathdate is:
The date the monarch leave the throne. Note: The deathdate is usually ignored. The reigning monarch will live until a new monarch take over (i.e. the startdate of the next monarch).

Maybe it is ignored, but for the sake of correctness it should be corrected.
'Enddate' instead of 'deathdate' can be found in multiple files, but it's easy to correct with multiple files editor (TextPad, UltraEdit).

Kongo and Zimbobwe are in vastly wrong CoTs. this is extremely important and should be addressed ASAP because it changes the way merchants are sent and valued, especially for Aden and Kansai.

All the trade from Zimbabwe was run by the Zenj anyhow, might as well just give Zimbabwe knowledge of Rufiji.

Same thing with Kongo, only make it for west africa.

HUN 188099, the Crusade against the Turks. Change the trigger:

Code:
NOT = { war = { country = HUN country = TUR }

to
Code:
atwar = no

I misunderstood this trigger when I wrote the events. They should not start a crusade if already at war. The span is 14 years so it will probably be declared anyhow.

Wrong no of shields in COT window

It is fewer than the actual no of merchants. I get it all the time for certain COTs, Ternate and Malacka for instance. But I think I got in Venice once also.

This probably has been reported already.

The ledger page 14 has the correct numbers.

Playing Portugal early 1500s I passed by Zanzibar, discovering the Kilwa capital but not the province of Mombassa. I then received a whole sequence of events whereby I got ownership of Mombassa and some troops in it. The flavour text implied that I should declare war on the Kilwa. Trouble was I couldn't see the Mombassa province and couldn't select my new troops.

I looked through some of Idontlikeforums posts on Portugal, but I couldn't see these events mentioned. So I'm posting this here :)

Possible Port Problems in Province.csv

I have never posted in AGCEEP so hopefully you don't mind this suggestion. I would also like to start by saying thanks for the great work everyone involved in AGCEEP is doing.

I am not sure if this issue has already been noticed or if it even needs to be fixed but in province.csv in patch 1.333 there are several provinces with port x and y values without Port/sea Adjacency values including: 92 93 97 98 257 260 264 471 482 515 519 521 and 600.

I suspect this can cause problems as when I opened the 1.333 file in excel, split the data into columns, copied some of the columns into my own edited province.csv file, and then tried to play a non AGCEEP 1419 game it would not load. I narrowed the problem down to the either the port x y values or the port sea adjacency values. I suspect that while AGCEEP loads fine with your province.csv file that perhaps these provinces are unused at the start of AGCEEP 1419? and when they become used these missing port sea adjacency values may cause problems.

Thank you

I have been able to select unseen troops in an unknown province, but rightclicking and holding, and then directing them to a known province. I think that the circumstances were the same as yours, or at least in the same neighborhood.

The Ghazi absorption events:
As it is right now OE can get both their own events and the province triggered ones. If the provinces are taken from the Ottomans they can be absorbed twice, by the new owners. They also increase the Centralisation , massively (3). Would be strange if for example Athens took them and got more centralised by that, wouldn't it? The province triggered and the Ottoman version both adds the same to tax and manpower, so it was clearly not intended.

Changes: The province triggered will not happen to OE if they have had their version, nor to anyone else. One of the province triggered events are moved one year, to make OE get their version first. The province triggered ones does not change Centralisation at all.
New versions:

Bambuk #1490 and Bure #1494 need to have gold AND mine value removed from their descriptions in the province csv file because these 2 provinces used ot be gold but now are different commodities and random mine events are still giving them +10 mine from time to time. This of courese does nothing but rob the owner of this event happenign to his other mine provinces instead.

Event bug: New Land Claimed

id = 920070

This event looks like it's supposed to give equal bonuses to two different provinces, one of which is the capital. In practice, it doesn't work this way. As France, I had the following event:

Provence +2500 Population
Provence +1 Taxvalue
Provence +1 Manpower
Ile de France +2000 Population
Provence +1 Taxvalue
Provence +1 Manpower

As you can see, Provence ended up with double bonuses while the capital received only a few thousand immigrants. I'm assuming this wasn't the intent of the event.

Looking at the code, it looks like the which = -3 is to blame - because Ile de France was selected using which = -2 (capital province), it doesn't change the game's understanding of -3 (last random province selected).

This event could easily be changed to:
Code:
	action_a = {
		name = "OK"
		command = { type = population which = -1 value = 2500 }
		command = { type = provincemanpower which = -3 value = 1 }
		command = { type = provincetax which = -3 value = 1 }
		command = { type = population which = -2 value = 2000 }
		command = { type = provincemanpower which = -2 value = 1 }
		command = { type = provincetax which = -2 value = 1 }
	}
}

Hope this helps.

In four events from 200105 to 200108 for kleve theres no need of those multiple lines to releasing and secedeng provinces, trigger not countrysize=2 , means only single province, and in revolt txt kleve can be only as one and #343 province,.. like only i know this :cool:

In HYW_England event 1000022 Orleans Offence, trigger must be like this NOT = { event = 1000065 } , in place of NOT = { event = 1000061 }, this offense event time range 1429-31, but that 1000061 collapse of the cause of Valois fires only in 1461, when 1000065 alternative can happend since 1422, what is very right

Burgundian inheritance w/o france event #20047 consist event = 20004 in triggers, i find only one that event in english file(old english hyw victory), but it is totally commented, and instead there is must be event = 1000062 i spose ;) . Also may i suggest, that in triggers for this very event(20047) must be NOT = { event = 1000064 } and NOT = { event = 20100 } lines, that ones when burgundy must take crown of france, but it may choose second option, isnt it?, and let france rip, so as when burgundy strong and actually possess most of not existed france. And also, there is must be trigger NOT = { event = 28006 }, in which habsburg themselfs allow to crown burgunds for lotharingia, in their uhstoric second choise

In random event #920070 provinces with -3 mark all goes to first -1 random, but two last(tax and mapower) must be for capital i spose, as it written in proper order, i got only +2000 population in london but all other was wessex, happy wessex :)

collecting this whole day playing england :p
