The last patch/DLC made one good thing: they cured me from EU IV addition, so I can finish my paper for the university.

I wouldn't rush them. I don't want another Leviathan. I sure do want 1.31.2 however I would more prefer to be released when it's ready.

I agree with you however I don't want a patch that would further break the game. Leviathan was rushed and we all know how it ended. I would more prefer for them to balance things out so the game is in acceptable state with as less bugs as possible.

Personally I'd prefer the save-bug to just be 1.31.2. Leviathan is bad but this bug makes the game unplayable. 1.31.3 should then be next fixing some major bugs and going on from there.

While 1.31.1 fixed a lot of problems, it also introduced the "empty saves"-problem - which is probably the most disastrous as your saves are unplayable. I had to revert to 1.30.0 over the weekend. So 1.31.2 is welcome. Or even a 1.31.1.1 hotfix for just that save-problem. As for the rest, they should take their time. Bugfixing, bugfixing, balancing and more bugfixing.

Completely agree on this. Just fix the gamesave corruption bug and release it so we can play. Ideally yesterday.
I have played a lot since the release, and all campaigns have been destroyed. Sometimes I am screwed pretty fast, sometimes it takes untill 1600, but eventually the game gets corrupted, and inevitably I forget not to click the "continue" button some time which destroys any possibility of recovering the saves.

Disable leviathan and you do not get save bug.

Correct. Saves bug is related to the way the game store concentrate development data in the save files. So, if no concentrate development, no bug

When a patch is corrupting saves it's a little more urgent than sloppy UI or imbalances.

Considering how their first hotfix patch rendered the game completely unplayable unless you keep the game running all day long until you manage to reach the end date, I don't really have much faith in 1.31.2 making things better. Especially if it comes out anytime soon.

I would not assume they would until told so by the devs. I certainly would not be doing any achievement runs until 1.31 is more stable and patched.
Just give them some time, they already had to deal with rushing it out in the first place and then trying to fix at least something but everything broke anyway. A decent patch would take weeks to do if you think about it. We are all mad yes, it's a horrible situation they have put the players in but if the devs will be overworked againg we are not going to gain anything good out of it. I will 100% not be buying the next DLC or game Paradox release at least before a month or two have passed if ever.

No need to rush. The devs should take as much time as they consider necessary. Better to wait for a while than to have another scandal at their hands.
If this policy (wait, don't rush) was implemented with Leviathan, this entire sorry situation could be avoided
