sorry to say this but the crash past certain date bug is unrelated to the broad 'save corruption' thing and to this moment I still wasn't able to figure out what exactly causes that crash so I'm afraid there isn't much I can do to help you.
There are some mods floating around the workshop that supposedly fix some issues and apparently some of the crashes might be related to not having Conquest of Paradise, so if you really, really care about just that playthrough and not necessarily the achievements, maybe there's a way to still get it
Or you could wait for a hotfix, there's a chance that it will fix it.

You seem to have fallen prey to the 'continue game' issue that essentially deletes the data in your savefiles
I'm afraid unless you have a backup that wasn't affected by it there isn't much I can do to help you.

1.Don't play as Sweden or Bosnia
2. Kill Sweden and Bosnia ASAP
3. Don't release Bulgaria

Tool works, but Ironman lost. Should have killed Bosnia before saving.

The corrupted files from my latest game. They are ironman files and I did click continue from in game. Hope you can fix it.

Hey, the saves you provided have ~200KB in size, which means they are in an unrecoverable state.

You should try to look for backups that don't fulfill the corrupt criteria

To clarify once again: continue isn't what corrupts savefiles, it's what makes corrupted savefiles unrecoverable.









Hey. Skanderbeg only fixes the issue provided you are willing to lose ironman. You can post the saves here though to retain ironman.

Hmm. Does the tool on the site not work? You could try just running the save through paperman or sth, and then use the 'standard uploader' on my tool.
