The devs recently cut back the dev diaries from weekly to once a month. Let's assume they have six future diaries lined up, that would put the release around June-July 2020. However it could easily slip to late 2020...2021 is also not out of the question.

given how little of the actual expansion we've seen thus far, unless they plan to swap back to weekly dev diaries some time soon, then I think we're looking at 4-5 months at the earliest (the fact that we got 0 info at pdxcon a couple months ago also substantiates this, since we had the Holy Fury announcement 6 months ahead of release at pdxcon 1028)

Hope it would be before CK3 launch because then I would probably never play it. :-/
