Most of the countries listed will have mission trees. Some will be very extensive, for instance the Papal State, while others will be small but flavourful like Albania.

Nice, can't wait to see them.

They also promised to talk about bohemia at some point, and here we can really hope for hussitism to make its entrence to the game, as well as updated league war mechanics.

There is also bound to be dev diaries featuring burgundy more extensively, maybe in next weeks merc diary. They also at one point said they would show of switzerland and then later showed updated ideas. I'm hoping for new government for switzerland so I hope the ideas weren't the only thing they wanted to show.

Also, they never got around to explain how france works with it's new vassals.

Unless they announce the game next week (which I doubt) release date are most likely to be earliest in april.

Looking at all these things they still have to show (mission trees, revisited mechanics, etc), outside of the ironing out period they need after they have actually finished all that, I figure an April release would be quite optimistic.
I'm thinking more about mid to late May at the earliest.
