Not meant to put pressure on devs or anything, it'll be ready when it's ready.
But we can try to take an educated guess here, as much as possible anyway.
From the beginning, this expansion was set out on some pretty heavy mechanical overhauls (HRE, papacy and estates), tech debt and QoL, as well as map reworks and mission trees galore.
To that they have added merc and revolution reworks, and now governing capacity (as well as other minor features like hegemonies and DotF), making this truly a Herculean expansion to behold.
So, having in mind the features that will be revisited in future DDs (like mercs next week and, at some point, estates), as well as mission trees not yet revealed, how far do you guys think we are from a name reveal and release date now?
With all these mechanics announced, they can't possibly have anything big still left to show (or can they?
), so I'd put my figurative money on a name reveal soon-ish, maybe halfway through next month, with a release date announcement in early Q2 for a release in mid/late Q2.
Maybe this is somewhat optimistic, maybe it's more realistic than one might think, what are your thoughts?
PS: for anyone interested, a quick list of the stand out nations still without a mission tree revealed to keep track of.
If I'm missing someone or if any of them were already revealed (or any useful info really), feel free to tell me.
Also, having already shown how the Burgundian inheritance will work, I don't know what's keeping them from revealing the tree anymore.

- Pomerania, Bohemia and the Hanseatic states in Germany (Silesia maybe? Idk);
- Genoa and the Pope in Italy;
- Brittany and Burgundy in France;
- Bosnia, Ragusa and Albania in the Balkans (Croatia had most of it casually shown today, does that count? Also, I don't think Byzantium and the Ottomans will get one).
- Edit: Also, the formables Italy, Germany, HRE (they were already confirmed, but not shown) and perhaps Hannover(?).
