- Added another intrigue action, this one to give a governor a free hand in a province.
- And this little screenshot here, lists all characters involved in an event, and lets you check their details before making a decision.

if the event has ANY effects regarding ANY character, then that character's portrait is added to the window.

I just posted a list of questions about characters. I feel like there's a whole layer to the game I'm kind of missing -- this new feature will certainly help understand character development better!

So much easier to decide who the Toadies are, and who are good people!

At least it will ake the character side more relevant. At the moment you can largely ignore it I feel, which is a pity.
