Although am sure everyone was really grateful for the CTA (and so forth) being made popup-able in the previous patch, is it too much to ask that they be pause-able too?
Merci beaucoup...

Right there is the reason why I pre-ordered this game but still haven't played it.
Anyone else finding that their ironman games suddenly turn into non-ironman games?

Austria game is one I just started in the new patch, Burgundy is one I was playing a little while ago but not loaded in this patch.
EDIT: weirdly, on the main loading screen, The tooltip says "IRONMAN: NO" yet the right-hand summary has the ironman icon... Will bug report...
I'm still nervous about playing a central European country besides Austria now that it appears nothing was done to slow the reformation of the HRE. I've only played 2 games of EU4 so far, but in the second one an AI-controlled Austria had managed it in under 200 years, so there's no telling how fast a human player can accomplish it.
Yep.By flavor events for Kongo do they mean that they can now convert to catholic after meeting the Portuguese explorers?
where i can download it?

I wonder if we could get some more info about the undocumented changes that were made in 1.3.
The ideas of many countries like prussia, savoie, ragusa, nepal, punjab were changed and the decision "Militia Act" was changed to require Administrative rather than Economic ideas, so I am wondering how many other changes were made to the game without us being told.

- AI: Less likely to choose allies as rivals
Yeepee !
Doesn't happen any more. The game is always downloaded, and updated, through Steam. You should already have it in Steam - it was not available for download any place else; even if you bought it outside Steam, you got given a Steam key to add it to your Steam library.
The decisions changes were summed up in the change log as changing the conditions for a lot of decisions. So it wasn't secret. (Yep, I too used git by the way to look at the diff of the ruleset files)I wonder if we could get some more info about the undocumented changes that were made in 1.3.
