1/3 of parking spaces disabled; how ridiculous!

I'm not an architect, but I think your parking lot is a little bit... You REALLY have to be disabled if you want to park your car there... That's why everyone is parking outside on the street.
It's just a visual flaw. As far as I'm aware, any sim can park in any space. There is no property determining if they are disabled or not.
Why for crying out loud doesn't this happen when I want to place an asset intersection?! I want that level of sdjusting the level!
