1.3.3 Beta Some countries can't trade with British Malaysia?

Some countries can and others cannot trade with British Malaysia during peacetime at 24 April 1936. There are no wars. Being land-locked does not seem to matter (?).

Here's a short survey of nations' ability to trade with British Malaysia:

Hungary is unable to trade with British Malaysia.
Austria is unable to trade with British Malaysia.
Switzerland is unable to trade with British Malaysia.

Afghanistan can trade with British Malaysia
Czechoslovakia can trade with British Malaysia
Bhutan can trade with British Malaysia
Sinkiang can trade with British Malaysia

Germany can trade with British Malaysia
Bulgaria can trade with British Malaysia
Manchuko can trade with British Malaysia

Good thinking.

But in the case of Hungary (and I assume, the other countries):

1. The nations have available factories.
2. There is an uninterrupted land route to British Malay (land routes do not require convoys...at least for Lend Lease, they don't. I assumed that a land link obviated the need for convoys for trade too. But, I could be mistaken).

If that is the case (e.g. There are no civilian factories available to pursue this trade or you do not have enough convoys to conduct the desired trade...with the amount of convoys you have, 3, you can only trade for 24 rubber) then as a player, I'd expect to be informed of the reason why my decision cannot be enacted.

Upon requesting a trade, there will be immediate feedback informing me of the following:

• "There are no civilian factories available to pursue this trade"
• "you do not have enough convoys to conduct the desired trade...with the amount of convoys you have, 3, you can only trade for 24 rubber"

(This is not a suggestion. It is a bug report in the spirit of the thread, "Does something seem odd? Share it and it will be investigated!" This inability to trade with British Malaysia is odd. There might be a simple explanation, such as suggested by Sleight of Hand. Please keep this thread in the bug report section).
