In this thread we were discussing air zones and mission efficiency. To put some hard data behind the conversation I created a test game to run multiple times to see what kind of averages we get for 100% mission efficiency vs 50% mission efficiency. In running the first set of 5 tests, I noticed that the exact same results were being produced on tests 2 through 5. Curious I did a few more tests today trying to isolate what may be causing this and noticed that results on the first load can change, but on reloads can not.

So Tests 1, 6 and 10 were new sessions where the computer had been completely shutdown prior to loading up HOI4. Test 8 was a session where I completely exited HOI4 and reloaded it. Tests 2-5, 7, 9, 11 were reloaded from the previous session. IE Test 2 was loaded from Test 1, Test 3 from Test 2, etc... All games except Test 1 were loaded from a baseline save that I created for testing called "Mission_Efficiency_Test_War".

So I think there might be a problem with the RNG/Seed system regarding reloading. I will run a couple more tests tomorrow to see if get different results than Test 1, Test 6 or Test 10. I'm also attaching the Save Games for all theses tests. The test time range criteria is starting on March 1st, 1936 and running until June 1st, 1936.
