1.20 (50ca) Custom ruler image incorrectly displayed at start of game.

This is a very small one but annoying none the less. When you start a game and it gives you a lead in it displays the generic human image (the woman in the gold coloured clothing) instead of the actual ruler I designed.

How to reproduce - Create a human empire, make a note of the rulers appearence, start the game and notice how it is incorrect.

I didn't see this. But this would mean an old bug was back....

Yeah, you can see this happens even if using the 2 premade human empires (UNE and CM), what is also interesting is that the Contacts portrait of the given empire will also be this avatar instead of the leader's one.

Yes it's been here for a while now. I understand that the portrait stuff is minor in the grand scheme but it matters to me.
