I don't think this would add much MM since this only would have to be chosen prior to the 'stealing action'.
But overall, yes, it's to much MM at the moment but by now I can't see how PI will or could fix it.

I still favor the turn Intel of button.

I wholeheartedly agree that automation tools for intelligence are badly needed.
(Same for influencing other countries, by the way.)

I don't want more micromanagement for intelligence either but one shouldn't say that all its features are logical.

6) Agreed big-time. Since the real-life Republican Spain lost so decisively in a conflict that wasn't even remotely close I am not sure why PI apparently nerfed the Nationals for DD. The Nats used to win almost every time I played, and that is the historically more likely outcome (although this has always been a strange phenomena - people always would be on these boards saying RS won in all their games).

7) I thought I was the only one to notice this. Strange, but the AI OVERALL seemed better during Barbarossa but then once I'd pulled off a few nifty encirclements they had absolutely NOTHING defending the whole Stalingrad-Baku-Sverdlovsk line. I know they had units left in other places - they just didn't seem to prioritze their last line of defense and move or SR anything to hold it.

What's the hissy-fit about naval bombers? They're garbage, I never build them.

If I have some uncontrollable urge to lame some of their defenceless capships, I can use CAS. CAS is cheaper and more flexible, and almost as good at sinking ships. Once I was sick of the Royal Navy always appearing in Stornoway and stopping my units' advance, I set my CAS fleet on them. (In the area there were about 12 wings.) I'd sunk loads of ships in two days. Why does anyone waste their time building navs? The only problem is range, I suppose.

I just hope that the Betta Buddies have played Germany and consistently had Bitter Peace work both with Japan in the Axis and without. I hope they have monitored their convoys for many, many games over long distances of time to make sure they work properly. I hope for many other games they have also put units into transports and sent them over long distances and also rebased them too... Just to make sure nothing is disappearing. I hope AI files are double & triple checked for consistency and no missing decimals or retarded careless mistakes are let through again. Don't forget to play a lot of hands-off games too guys! Make sure that NAT Spain and NAT China dont lose so quickly or so often! Make sure the Red Chinese succeed often if the Soviet Union is still around! Make sure Italy has some small possibility for doing something in Greece and North Africa. Make sure all liberated small nations have a bit of IC.

Hear hear! I want to be able to influence the Rosenbergs in the US as the Soviets. Right now I can barely seem to steal ANYTHING. But that's only because I'm far too lazy to send a new spy every week after failures.

Fix Subs, leave that "insane" Nav power as it is (you guys really want them to be changed like Subs and wait until 1.3 so they could again hit anything?).
FIX JAPAN! For the love of God, the Pear Harbour event must check if Japan have any fleet! Or simply condition that Japan controls for example Shanghai / ispuppet=no...

I'm a newbie and I started playing recently, but what is that XP bug I heard a lot about? What needs to be fixed?
New events would be also welcomed in the upcoming patch, like Pearl Harbour, Operation Husky and Operation Overlord... Never seen that in-game, only once a "kind" of a D-Day where many US troops landed not in Cannes but in 2 or 3 provinces far to the right, but in that case they invaded because Spain had joined the war as allies, and the spanish already reached paris.
