This would simply result in armies retreating after 3 days with minimal casaulties.
Like how HOI divisions would have 1 men killed in 1 hour of combat and retreat immediately afterwards while completely invulnerable to pursueing armies.
Only accepted and primary cultures can be mobilized now.
It is killing of Austria-Hungary's history!
The assimilation rate in this game means that Austria-Hungary is relatively homogeneous within a few decades anyway, so this effect depreciates over time. I do agree in part though, as it makes the infamously multi-ethnic Austro-Hungarian army an impossibility to recreate ingame. It is killing of Austria-Hungary's history!

I have two questions and a complaint
1. Has anything been bone about the AI's (in)ability to understand the concept of "tax effectiveness"?
2. Is the AI now able to set a goal of paying back it's loans when it is easy for it to do so?
Maybe i have missed a developer's diary, but i don't remember reading anything about these issues...
The complaint: If "singleplayer works fine", why doesn't paradox release a "beta" form of the patch for those of us who play in single player mode ? I suspect that this hasn't to do with Johan and the rest of the developing team, but with the marketing department and/or the distributors.
do debts now actually have an effect? or did I miss something? i mean actually I always thought you could just make debts like an sh*ithole without anything special happening - isnt that ..uhmm... unrealistic?
