Description: Open Boarder treaty ends before truce
Details: My empire is split into two areas with an enemy between them. I went to war with them and had war goals of open boarders and cede planets. I won the war, got a few planets and got open boarders so my ships could pass between the two area of my empire. After about 3 years, I decided these guys hate me and the feeling is mutual, so I declared them a rival. They responded by declaring me a rival and also ended the open boarders I had through their territory. However, there are still 7 years left on the truce before I can declare war again. I cannot moved ships from one half of my empire to the other now and I have to wait 7 years before I can do anything about it.

Summary: Open boarder treaty won as a war goal should not be able to be revoked until the 10 year truce following the war has ended.

Mods: None.

Hello!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Borders are supposed to be closed between Rivals, but it should probably not override the war treaty. I will report this to our internal database.
