Description: An AI Empire declared war on my AI ally, and so I got dragged into it. Warscore has been at 100% for more than fifty years and the AI won't surrender, nor will my ally attempt to claim their war goals in a treaty. Since I was neither the main attacker nor the main defender, I cannot initiate nor influence the peace process in any way and am perpetually locked in the war.
Version: Began in 1.2.0. but 1.2.1 doesn't appear to have resolved it.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Ally an AI empire
2) Have another AI empire declare war on your ally
3) Fight until warscore is at 100%; neither side will attempt to broker peace
Mods: A lot. But it appears to happen in vanilla too.
This is a game-breaking issue. Please fix it soon!
