[1.2.1] AI isn't aware of defensive platforms/stations/fortresses when building spaceports

The AI keeps trying to build a spaceport despite a defensive station being right above the planet.

I haven't occupied the planet yet because my army is elsewhere busy with the big empire and not this 2 planet minor. So I just blow up their ports and build stations above their planets.

But the AI keeps trying to rebuild it, handing me free warscore.

Planet is Jurg-Shondaar in the Ryl Somot system.

Feels like Paradox games should be bought minimum 3 years after release. They feel so freaking unfinished, untested, unpolished. Playing 3rd day, my first playtrough and been on these forums counltess times trying to find a fix for something or reporting a bug.
