So instead of somehow arranging themselves they just are all put on the same place and you can see only the one on top :/

Always happens , in a lot of situations (spaceports, colonizable moons etc) and is very annoying, I've to zoom/move the point of view to see what i want..
I don't know if is technically a bug, but I'd like to be somehow fixes..

Yeah, they totally need to stack or have a separate symbol for when they're stacked.

This is probably related to the same sort of display bug with systems that are too close to one another in galaxy view covering each other up.
