1.12.13 have a Naval Supremacy Problem?

i'm a rush, so unable to do a detailed check atm...

Just im seeing someone(UK ?) keep naval supremacy with just 7~10 ships on tooltip.

theres some areas with 1000 friendly naval mines. also some Axis Ships roaming.

i have 4BB 5CA ~30DD's.

Or is the tooltip with a error in count enemy ships?

Looking into the save, it looks like 4.8k of the 7k supremacy is provided by 6 Regno Del Sud battleships on Strike Force in the same zone, the rest is provided by 3 1940 Carriers from the UK

This is compounded by the fact you only have 31% naval intel vs Regno Del Sud, which means you get penalties to your supremacy.

Carriers and Battleships grant massive supremacy due to their high IC costs and manpower pools
