100% in the money. I just played a German SP game and with ease steam rolled Moscow, Leningrad. Stalingrad, ect but the early 1942 had the HUGE problem with rares & oil. OUCH! Soviet peace doesn't help at all as the high rare provinces are still theirs.

Haha....I need to reconsider how to play the Nazis. :)
1. Build infra in high rares provinces (Hannover?), as well as provinces with 5+ factories. Not anywhere else.

2. Only build factories (3 sets only) in Berlin, and 4 more of the highest IC provinces. Stop factory builds after 3 new/province or in Austrian provinces (except maybe Vienna, as above)

3. Build up for an attack of France in October '39, Great Britain in late '39-early '40, and USSR by August '40. You need either 4-7 CV IVs, and 4-6 BC IVs, or 12+ heavy subs (or 18-27 SS IVs) instead of CVs. I can usually get 7 CV IVs (CV IVs, not IIIs) & 6 BC IVs by 9/1/1939. The fleets are: 4 CV+ 2 CA IVs with 3 CL IV + 3 DD IVs, then 3 CV + 3 CA VIs and 3x3 or 2x4 screens, plus 6 BC IVs with 3 CL IIIs or IVs + 3 DD IVs. Trade in CL IVs with the Scharhorsts for the IIIs as you build them. You can use the CL IIIs in fleets of 3 DD IVs for ASW and scouting. If you can't get 3 CA IVs built for the 3 CV IVs, go 3+2, with 2+3 screens. The CAs are there with the carriers for one purpose - to get shot at instead of the CVs. That's why it's nice to have 1-2 extras, maybe attached to your 1 CL III + 3-4 DD IVs that do ASW/Convoy raiding/moping up work. Baltic Fleet -- add 1 CA IV to the 2 old BCs, and 1 CL + 2 DD screens. They'll destroy the Polish fleet and be a very secondary backup fleet after. Alternatively, junk the BC I's (after removing the brigades) and build, in addition to a line of 4 x BC IVs with brigades, a line (in 37 or 38) of 2 x BC IVs with no brigades, and add in the salvaged brigades from Baltic.

Switch to Base Strike (with CVs) and build 4 Marines, and 4-5 sets of 4 transports, as Base Strike allows amphib size of 4. This doesn't leave much for an army, but 3 Lt Arm/SP Art, each with 2 MOT/Art and by 11/1, 2 more MOTs with the 1 CAV IV/SP Art will be enough for Poland, France, Maybe Spain and GB. Add 3 MT, and also 12 new Inf (as 4 corps of 3 Inf - 2 with Art, 1 with Eng), all placed on Sigfried line before 9/1/39.

I have 12+ INTs, 8 TACs and 4+ CASs by 9/1/39. Not too many new AAs, and maybe a few radar stations, but you want to kick the British off their island by early 1940, so why build AA and even Radar much? Build convoys too. Convert the DD Is to escorts. It will be nice, if not necessary, to have 8 CASs with the 8 TACs by Sealion. Trade the SS I and maybe the Emden to Mussolini. Decide if you want 1 more SS II but with base strike I build no more subs.

If you stay Sealane Interdiction, build 6 Marine Div's if you can, and invade GB with stacks of 3 TPs vs 4.

4. You must take Great Britain, Norway (+ Sweden?), Yugo, Greece, as well as resolve the Gibraltar issue, AND get HUN and ROM an maybe BUL into the Axis by early-mid August 1940. You will launch Barbarossa (about 1 year early) at that time. I have 6 mobile corps of 1 ARM 3/SP Art + 2 MOT/Art, plus the HUN and ROM and some BUL armies ready to hit Stalin by 8/15/40 -- or earlier. I also have 2 sets of 3 CAV IVs with ACs ready to pincer into the marshes, as they move well in there. If you can trigger the Bitter Peace by early 1941, then next.....

5.....You conquer the USA. Harder now that 1.11/12 has them join the Allies when you invade anything next to them that isn't British.
