Blockader
Blockade at least 10 ports of one enemy.

This is Persia!
Form Persia and conquer Egypt, Anatolia and Greece.

Kirishitan Japan
As Japanese daimyo, convert to Christianity and convert all Japan into Christian provinces.

Hessian Mercenaries
As Hesse, have at least 50 regiments of mercenaries.

You mean, because achievements can't be done with custom nations.

Most interesting one is probably the persian achivement. but heck they all seem easy. i would have prefered some harder achivements

Arabian Coffee looks decently interesting, though I would have called it Coffea arabica. No idea how the ones involving new mechanics will be, but I guess it's good to have achievements for those. Blockader seems like it's just meant to teach newbies something. Imperio español and This is Persia! are bland blobbing. Kirishitan Japan will probably make me play another Japan game and a different one, so it's good. Hessian Mercenaries is a joke, of course, and 1/10 being jokes is fine.

They only lasted about 3 days which is pitiful for EU battles.

The existing events also do that, with Japan having several events dealing with the Kirishitans.

I'm guessing you need 0 loans like the heavy ship achievement.

I wonder what happens when I load an Ironman-Game where I already fulfilled the requirements of a new achievement. I mean I'm playing Spain at the moment and I have the mentioned colonial nations, do I get the achievement when it becomes available?

Sigh, another Spain achievement? And here I was hoping I was done with Spain for good.

Nothing here that really motivates an interesting campaign, except maybe the Arabia one (since it would seem to compel a colonial arabian game.)
