Uh, no. Turning off internet every time I launch it because it'll broke my game, waiting for mod updates first before this freakin' patch.
 
Think you may need to take a look at Walking Tours, I am unable to complete the line.

I haven't watched to see anyone use them yet (just got it to download, and it is past bedtime), but for what it is worth, I was able to place the Walking Tour routes without any problems. Got the achievement too.
