[1.10 beta] Multiple Fleets right-clicked won't move to target system.

No mods, just the beta patch.

I have two science vessels in the same system. I clicked on the green ship icon next to that system, which brought up both vessels. Attempting to right-click to send them to any other system completely failed. Selecting either one of them singly allows me to right-click them to a new system as normal.
