So I had a level 4 scientist out surveying the area south of my home world who came across a anomaly referring to a distress call, after successfully completing the anomaly and the following special project it turned out that the crew went mad and destroyed their ship. Shortly after my science ship and scientist were destroyed (unpleasant but exploration has risks) following this all systems and planets surveyed by that ship within that order queue was reset (given that I had extended the order queue since it left the system it's a lot of systems) The save is attached but I can't recall which system the anomaly occurred in hopefully that is encompassed within the save data.
