Unintended side effects?
Let's see, playing as Poland / Commonwealth in an Ironman game in the year 1662 I had: The Empire disbanded, because all european nations now have the government form: "nogovernment"
All of my damn vassals are now magically independent (and no, none of them are even close to me in size as I clock in at over a hundred provinces). Thanks for that, Paradox.
Everyone that's Western now has a tech level of 0 to my 21 (which everyone else was at).
Most European nations now have the religion: "noreligion"

Actually pretty much the entire save is destroyed. Great. Another ruined Ironman game.

Paradox has actually been pretty clear that playing old ironman saves in 1.10 will break them. I can't really blame them for this one.

Ah, lovely. I guess this is what I get for allowing Steam to autopatch a Paradox game. Well, I am already over halfway through a game trying to get Poland's achievements. Since it is still ironman I suppose it might still award achievements, even if I have to conquer most of Austria to stop the Ottomans from sweeping in and taking all the zero tech Europeans.

Another fun side effect of the new vassal system is Revoking Privilegia immediately spikes all vassal liberty desire to 100% due to "All Vassal's relative power to liege"

As well as nailing the "I'm not forming the HRE 'cause I don't like the colour" issue. But hey, who didn't want mass armies of vassals running around doing all the work for you? Paradox apparently :D (I like this change).

Sorry but no. Trap options that behave in an inane fashion aren't defensible. We're not playing I wanna be the guy, we're playing a strategy title. Those nations all just agreed on that, at a non-zero player expense to set it up. As much as I despise the HRE in general, solving it this way...well I'll stop there.

If the HRE members would hate to be your vassals that much, they shouldn't vote yes to the reform. Right?

I have something new, found in defines

Previously primitive nations would get just hopeless 1 ducat from gold mines, now it is 4 :p

Also, what the hell is this:

"If no neighbour of this tech group, cost is increased by this amount: +20%"

When playing as a custom Mayan nation (but otherwise proper tech group and culture and bordering existing Mayans), enacting a religious reform will pop out several nations, this is WAD, however I suspect that they're not suppossed to pop out UPCA as a Western Nation, complete with level 4 mil tech when all their neighbors are level 1-2.

When sending light ships to protect trade the tooltip no longer tells you whether you gain profit or loss of money. Wtf?! :/
That thing was buggy as hell, it was always very wrong on some nodes. And slightly wrong on all other nodes.
I guess they took the easy way out and removed the broken information provided instead of fixing the calculation.

As Denmark, I can't diplo-integrate Sweden or Norway even if I have over 190 relations. This is because they have higher base tax than mine. The only option is to diplo-annex Holstein first and then start integrating PU partners. Was this always the case?
Back in the day there was a limit on province count. It was a feature from day one but was taken down recently i guess. I'm glad it swapped to base tax.

Not sure if its WAD but having a conquistador exploring inside inca, start a war somewhere else, colonist goes exile, really annoying when you have to run back across a whole continent just to explore again
