Hey Wiz, was anything changed in the points calculation for choosing provinces in custom nation creation? I don't recall a 2-base tax Constantinople being worth 53 points on the creation in 1.10, but I might be incorrectly remembering.

Is there any gain from using the auto exploration?

Mainly events. (EDIT: And taking no attrition at the expense of inflexibility)

As of this hotfix there's an uneasy balance between manual and auto, but Wiz said something to the effect that they're looking to improve auto. Hopefully it's improved enough that manual isn't needed at all.

I have downloaded the hotfix, have the right Checksum, and this is still not working.

Aww, no tag switching? I was really hoping to be able to use tag switching decisions to make customize idea sets but keep dynamic historical events and such. So now it's a choice between good ideas with no flavour or suboptimal ideas with DHEs. Blugh. Thanks for the otherwise great and speedy fixes, though.

Is there any gain from using the auto exploration?
Assuming the feature works as advertised, you avoid attrition and discover all adjacent tiles without any micromanagement.

The old way, you take attrition, how many of the adjacent tiles you discovered depended on maneuver skill of the explorer (fully revealing the map usually requires multiple passes through tiles you already explored), and you need to take time away from wars or other events in your realm to make sure your exploration fleet doesn't die (because you forgot about it and left it in some remote sea square).

Manual exploration is so much more efficient, that auto exploration needs a lot of hardcore bonuses to override that. I favour that game should keep both systems. For those who like auto explore and for those who go manually. Both options should stay.

Also Vassalfeed is nerfed to the ground already. Vassal liberty desire should be tweaked. A lot.

I honestly don't understand why anyone would ever want to remove manual exploration from the game. Which kinds of problems would leaving it in the game cause exactly? I get that it involves micro-management, but there's no reason why it can't be an option. I'm amazed that some people seem to think that having options is a bad thing.

Take tons of land and Tag switch to better ideas.
it's nice to hear japan is still formable.
I'm guessing stuff you can't tag switch easily like Germany is still formable right?

Can we please get subjects (and AIs in general) to stop freezing making cores due to negative stability and to stop refusing to convert religions they can easily convert?
Wiz can we PLEASE get some type of response regarding this? It was mentioned multiple times over the past few weeks yet there hasnt been any reaction besides it will be put into the "bug database".
