Also getting Domination Victory when i start a new game.

Also i noticed a few other bugs but not quite sure what i can show about them.
Also This is a new game, 200 Years in, No save or anything re-installed game before i Updated Disabled all mods, and ran through the game to make sure their was no major bugs, ofc these are minor, and ofc i op'd into A 1.1 Beta but i think things like this shouldn't be happening, Also Sector AI is still bugging out after so long.
