1.1 beta Outliner Disabled Alerts double in quantity on each save/load

Every time you save the game and exit, then come back into the game, the number of disabled alerts in the outliner will have doubled in count. 1 -> 2 -> 4 -> 8

It's duplicating the alert about disable alerts...
