with the new diplo I made a civilian access treaty with a local Fe. Everytime my scoutship moves into Fe territory I get the hey we just met diplo screen

I also have this bug. Except I am at war with the fallen empire, and it seems like when our fleets encounter one another, I get the first time meeting screen every time.
