Workshop mods: Currently none, previously (in 1.0.3) I was running Illegal AIliens and Remove Influence Cost for Sectors.

Actions in Play: Prior to subscribing to the beta, I had built two modules using Living Metal. Today, I notice my count of living metal is 2/2, when it should be 0/2.
Notice, I have 2/2 Living Metal:
Even though the space port in Bir Zun IV is utilizing one of them:
This is only a problem with the count. Here, I am unable to construct further Living Metal Armories (It's blocked out, but this for another colony in the Bir Zun system).
I have not noticed if there is correct updating, will edit if I can experiment with this. And here is the save:
