Description: Can build stations in systems that your constructor is not in.

So I found this in the previous patch too, but wasn't sure how I did it. Managed to repeat it in the latest beta.
I managed to use a constructor ship to build a station in one system while it was in a different system.
Steps to reproduce:
Tell a constructor to build a station (defense or wormhole stations work easiest as you can build them anywhere)
Have your constructor engaged by a hostile force (space monsters/pirates/whatever)
Retreat your constructor. (Emergency FTL)
Watch as the station you started building gets completed by the constructor in whatever system it jumped to!
I killed a pirate fleet like this!
