1.1.0 (5d33) USSR revived after piece confernce

So as Poland I invaded the USSR and successfully capitulated them since they were the only major nation in the war on their side it went to the piece conference, I full annexed them at the time tannu tuva was still independent and alive. However after the piece conference Tannu tuva on the map was the USSR. I don't think It's that big of a deal since they have no units and I continued playing and they still didn't make any units. However I thought that that shouldn't happen so I'm reporting it as a bug since I'm pretty sure it is."

Not sure If you can reproduce it or not but I think you might be able to by annexing the soviet union in a piece deal right when or after the do the tanu tuva annex focus.
Save File:
I have an iron man save file from right after I annexed the USSR and before the event popped up since I have played multiple eu4 iron man games where Ill get 200 years in on iron man and I hop out and my save file is doing the not saved properly known bug, and my last auto save is like 10-20 years after the game started.

No that didn't happen since tanu tuva wasn't in the peace conference it was only the soviet union in there and out of the people in my faction I was the only person with enough points to make demands.

Are you sure that tanu tuva was not in the war it joins ALWAYS beacuse its a part of comintern and second thing is maybe there was some wierd triger of anexation of tanu tuva maybe they did it same day as they capitulated .
