- Dauphin like mechanic that is land dedicated to the heir apparent of the throne modelling the Deuphine of Auverne or the Prince (King in game) of Wales thing. A ruler should choose a part of his the demesne as "Dauphinate" and give it to his heir apparent. If there's no one or god forbids the only one dies the land returns to the crown.

Ehm... Simple give your heir the title? This is the way, how it would work. The dauphinate is simple the Duchy of Viennois. I think this duchy is in the game.

- Make Genoa king tier, too. I want to see "Serene Doge of Genoa". Why only Venice is a Serene Republic? Genoa was too...

Look at the screens for "The Republic". Genoa is a king tier now.

I think he meant flavour-wise he'd like it to change their title, like say if hypothetically you changed the succession laws in the HRE from elective and you set the Kingdom of Bavaria as the Crowned Prince's demesne he'd be known as Fritz, Prince of Bavaria. Now personally I do just give them the title I want them to hold, but I'd just like it if "Prince of X Empire" titles superseded king titles like 'Prince of Y Kingdom" titles do ducal titles and for the eldest son (or daughter in the case of ruler in an agnatic-cognatic realm with no sons or absolute cognatic) to be known as Crown Prince or Crown Princess.

1.10 Wish list:

_ Claimant can veto a faction to put him on the throne, or refuse being elected to a title.
_ If no naval warfare, at least a superior navy should block passage of ennemy navies and prevent embarking/disembarking of enemy troops in its sea zone. Simple feature to add in itself I think, except that the AI would have to adjust to this limitation and understand how to use navies to block naval invasions, so not so easy probably. But would add so much to the game, even without naval battles per se.
_ New Papal mechanism.
_ Raised liege levies shouldn't stay available to vassals for their private wars or as garrison (which they do since the new 1.07 levy system, and it makes no sense, as if liege levies were just created out of thin air).
_ Supply limits varying with seasons.

These three especially. No, I don't want to be Kaiser. It's also absurdly easy to invade Venice.

Do the devs even read these threads?

They in fact do, so far as I know. A number of the changes in the patches - and how the new mechanics the DLC introduce (including, yes, the very idea of the Sunset Invasino everybody loves to love or hate) - are in fact based on suggestions made in these threads But they can't possibly remember everything, and even if they could, there's no way they could implement everything, or even 25% of what's suggested here, due to various reasons, including but not limited to, 1) it'd break game balance in some way or another; 2) is extremely difficult to implement and would be for very little gain; 3) doesn't contribute to gameplay (yes, unfortunately, though we really love our suggestions, sometimes they really are useless); 4) have other things to focus on improving; and so on.

A large percentage of the suggested changes are very easy to implement and could greatly improve moddability(max_husbands, perhaps).

That's what we would think, but maybe it's harder than it looks - there may be conflicts with other parts of the hard coded code, it might cause instability for reasons unknown to us, there might be unpredictable consequences - and that's not including the other reasons I listed above. Remember that PI was historically known for releasing very buggy games, so this is, I think, a change of attitude - only adding things that will surely be stable.

The devs definitely look at these things, but it's impossible for them to dedicate enough time to most of them, and they'll do whatever they can. Doubt that if you will, but that's how I understand it.
