1)I want Sicilian culture because it makes sense
Actually, it would be great if there was a melting-pot culture group mechanism. Say, if North Germanics conquer Mali, with no personal contact to other North-Germanic provinces, they will slowly turn into Normandés. Could happen if you conquer a far away realm that has no contact with your own culture group. (Basically, a more general mechanism for what happens in England already after the Norman conquest).

I'd like if there was more give and take on the diplomacy screen. Instead of just revoking a county, I could revoke one and restore one, add a bit of gold and a duchy and wahey, no opinion malus.

That's retarded. It's purely for gamey convenience, but it makes no sense historically, realistically or gamplaystically :(

I am REALLY hoping for an event of ending the great schism for a Catholic monarch. I dislike how to form the Roman Empire or ending the schism you have to be Orthodox. Perhaps a Catholic themed DLC in the future?

Also, new sprites for the Italians. I loved the ones they made for the Russians.

Some of these may have been mentioned before, but here is what I would like to see (eventually):

1)In game dissolving of King and Emperor level titles. Either through some sort of war, faction or event. a) Faction - (especially if the liege has low claim to the title [4th in line, weak claim etc.] A faction that forces the break up of their liege's primary title, and all vassals become independent. b) If you have to posses more than half of the de jure territories to form/ usurp a title, shouldnt the reverse be true as well. If a king or emperor looses, lets say 80% of his de jure territory (or all) then the title is destroyed. This would prevent the kind of scenarios that are constantly seen in Spain, where through inheritance a Spanish ruler gains all of the surviving king titles, and yet looses his primary (such as the king of Castile only having Leon) c) a tribal invader takes all of your liege's primary provinces, your liege, and the capital of the realm, then said tribal leader can proceed to destroy the realm instead of becoming your new liege.

2)more vassal tiers. This may not happen, but its good to dream, adding in things like Arch/ Grand Duke, Marquis, Viscount and High King. It would let players with super Kingdoms and Duchies give their titles away without granting independence.
b) also included should be Viceroys. Sort of taking a page out of HoI's playbook, players with multiple King titles (or even more so Emperor's who control another de jure empire) can, as an alternative to giving away unwanted titles can appoint a vassal to rule a kingdom or group of kingdoms and basically let the AI handle ruling titles you don't want to deal with so you can focus else where.

3) more options when dealing with troublesome vassals. For example: crushing a independence or Coup d'etat faction should let you imprison all faction members, not just the one who started the faction, and let you punish the traitors with out penalty instead of letting them back in as if nothing happened. Same goes for punishing a vassal who murdered a family member. I would also enjoy allowing rulers to intervene in their vassals wars. I cant even begin to tell you how many times I've seen my expertly crafted realm fall apart thanks to vassals pressing claims (such as the king of Jerusalem taking Castile, use levies then spawn in Jerusalem instead of Spain). If we can't join the war, at least let us secretly support a vassal of our choice with 50 legions of our elite guard in order to end years of vassal in fighting thats preventing primogeniture.

4) Loyalist Factions

5) better family relations to prevent the constant King Leer scenarios.

Naw, there's no real way to portray the various parts of families, although it would be brilliant to have a two tier system of say Dynasty and then above that Gens or something.

Damn it I've just convinced myself, go Cadet Branches!

I didn’t see what this would add until I was playing a game where I created a lot of my sons-in-law dukes, and those branches of my family weren’t “relatives” unless the marriages were matrilineal. But that many matrilineal marriages would be gamey. There should be some sense of kinship with all of your grandparents.

It would be nice to be able to set something like parent_dynasty = 1 in a dynasty definition (and have this automatically set if a child or sibling creates a cadet branch), with corresponding checks in-game to allow e.g. the new Tanistry law to not only pick direct dynastic members, but also those from cadet branches of the current ruling dynasty.
It could also work with claim strength: if the House of Burgundy is a cadet branch of the Capets, it has more legitmacy than the House of Toulouse, which is not a cadet branch.

Fix the way autocephalic patriarchates work. If I create Russia I shouldn't have four autocephalous patriarchs (Russia, Rus, Ruthenia, Volga Bulgaria) I should have one autocephalous Patriarch of Russia unless Rus, Ruthenia, or Volga Bulgaria successfully gained independence. Likewise if I create the Kingdom of Jerusalem and I also control the Bishopric of Jerusalem I should not have both a Pentarch Patriarch of Jerusalem and an autocephalous Patriarch of Jerusalem.

I agree, though these vassals shouldn't necessarily have more tiers. A king or duke might be able to appoint a count on a border province as a Margrave, provided that CA was low enough. This might offer that count a larger levy, but also the autonomy might create a relations hit between the liege lord and vassal.

Archdukes didn't historically operate with much difference from Dukes or Kings. I think this might be a good flavor title for certain German duchies. Pretender characters in Spain and Portugal might also benefit from the "Infante" title, provided they were landed.

As for Viscount, I don't have much of an understanding of exactly how the position was different from a Count.

Archdukes didn't historically operate with much difference from Dukes or Kings. I think this might be a good flavor title for certain German duchies.
I think the best implementation of the title of Grand Duke (Archduke was pretty specific to the Hapsburgs) would be to make it both a title a King of Emperor could grant to Dukes with two or more ducal title pr that can be created for a modest sum of gold
As for Viscount, I don't have much of an understanding of exactly how the position was different from a Count.
Viscount is above a baron but below a count, the best way I can think of to include it is as an unlanded title the ruler of a county can give to one of the barons in that county.

I'd like to have added:

- Dauphin like mechanic that is land dedicated to the heir apparent of the throne modelling the Deuphine of Auverne or the Prince (King in game) of Wales thing. A ruler should choose a part of his the demesne as "Dauphinate" and give it to his heir apparent. If there's no one or god forbids the only one dies the land returns to the crown.

- Make some way to mix the successions laws for example as Emperor of Britannia I'd like to have elective (or Tanistry that seems much better) for the Empire Britannia but I want always that England, Wales end Scotland to be given to the Emperor now I've to make all the Kingdom elective too risking the vassals vote someone else (and they died I was forced to give Wales to a cadet branch of my dynasty). I tough this should called "Allodial Title" but Wikipedia don't seems to says so:

Is existed something similar in history or not? The only example that I know was the HRE Emperor that was elected but automatically became "King of Germany", "King of the Romans" (only symbolic there was no real Kingdom of the Romans as in Rome was the Pope) and King of Italy. I liked to have this added.
- Make Genoa king tier, too. I want to see "Serene Doge of Genoa". Why only Venice is a Serene Republic? Genoa was too...
- What about a title of "King of Rome" (or more historically King of the Romans)? If you take Rome from the Pope, why you would be only the "Duke of Latium"? To decide if in some way you could become the "real" Rome with the same CB Byzantium has to become the Roman Empire. Obviously if not a feudal lord take Rome we're talking of the Roman Republic here...
- Give a specific CB to the Country that decides to give land to the Pope in exile to put him in Rome again. You get your land back in exchange to a mount of Piety and prestige.
