And you offer what to the conversation exactly?...Pro-troller ftw, huh? Nice...

Well you wrote "NEED" and "we" while posting requests that show you havent played the game for long.
Noobrage is not really an insult especially when you are a noob, so relax. Don't feel insulted.
He was just responding to Barney.
All the best and enjoy the game,

Here's what I personally wish for in 1.09!
  • Cadet Branches: These guys have probably been requested to death, but I'd still like to have my brother/uncle/cousin whom I give lands become a cadet branch member with the name going "House Name - County Name."
  • Naval battles. Don't care how simplified or stupid they are, but at least give us the possibility of blockading straits with fleets. Please?
  • Religious Hierarchies: Cardinals preferably, with a possibility for your sons/cousin to be sent to the See in order to be ordained and have them possibly be the future Pope.
  • Localization: Done by mods, but I'd like to have regional titles be a possibility. :D
  • Events. Lots of events.

I'm somewhat sure that naval battles didnt really take off until the gunpowder, of course I could be wrong.

zlatky, I dont really agree with you on any points tbh. The changes you want will make the game severely easy.

I'm somewhat sure that naval battles didnt really take off until the gunpowder, of course I could be wrong.

As a general rule, naval battles before gunpowder involved one of three things.

1. Ship A rams ship B
2. Ships A and B come side to side, and the two crews engage a pitched land battle on the rolling seas. {the Spartans and other Doric Greeks came up with this one}
3. Like a gundpowder battle, but with flaming arrows and other missiles.

The game really needs to decrease the number of dwarves or other negative traits that end up taking over everything by the end of the game. I was playing as the saxons, and had given most of the counties in the game to my realtives, and by 1400, every single duke was a freaking dwarf with a harlip/hunchback/lisp... Etc...

The Jómsvíking fleet was defeated in naval combat in at the battle of Hjörungavágur in 986.

Ah, my historical knowledge is rather weak around 500-1000 A.D. My favorite peroid is still the Romans from start to "finish".

I always wanted a game that centered around the roman republic with the politics, warfare and economical side to it. But with the intrigue and such that came with being a part of the major plays in such a republic.

CK2 in Rome basically, just more fleshed out

It would be hard to have CK2 and Rome as Rome wasn't feudal, but the idea has its merits.

It had similiarities though. Rich and powerful families still marry among each other for alliances and such.
It's way too late for me to do any indepth to this but still.. I'd like the idea of it.

The EU franchise would also need a more fleshed out dynasty system in my opinion. I'm not sure, how much they have revealed about that yet, though.

I have a few wishes-
Naval Combat to fully add to the Republics and everyone else- (It was important!)
With ability to seize merchant fleets for your navy akin to what happened at Sluys.
Emperor titles are just ceremonial kingdoms-
The Byzantines and the Holy Romans had nice titles but on the practical level were equivalent to Kings.
Holdings to be reworked bit-
Ability to convert wrong-type holding for a fee-
Palaces- For King and Emperor ranking states of any type-
Special Castle Holding meant for a large magnate-
Costs a pretty penny but gives good advantages, made from an existing holding being converted. The HR Emperor doesn't get one unless he solidifies control of his realm tightly.

More flexibility for CBs and terms in war, Byzantines and Turks can go all out at times for land and ability to add/subtract terms. Ability to use your Kingdom Claim to take specific duchies akin to the Hundred Year's War.

De jure wars for more than a province, for entire parts of a kingdom.

Vassal structuring-
Ability to confine certain families to perfectly made duchies following lines, for a price.

Archdukes in the HRE for Kingdom titles in a 3.5 area of rank.

Byzantine Governors instead of dukes and feuding noble families.

Other wishes for better for Pagans/Mongols, Catholic Church, and Other things are for later.

That would be really bad. Please not. What would you do with the Latin Empire and the Kingdom of Thessaloniki? Or the HRE and Bohemia? Bohemia the whole game as Duke? No, Empire tiers a a great new feature of this game.

I disagree respectfully on the grounds, Bohemia was partially in the HRE. That said it is a proper Kingdom. The HRE is a mess of many titles- Archdukes for magnates within the German lands. Kingdom titles for the lands outside which technically includes that awkward Bohemia. A true emperor title needs more power than the ERE or HRE who I will maintain ruled over dukes and governors respectively. But for gameplay they need to be able to have vassal Kings...that is a confusing mess right there. The point is, that I hate the Emperor titles, the player created ones bother me the most.
In compromise what about Union Kingdoms?
Where holding all the Kingdoms in a certain area say the British Isles and being of certain culture/ religion means you can unite the crowns into a new permanent kingdom. Britain/Albion or whatever. Would be nicer than a de jure Empire messing things up.

So, basically you want Titular Kingdoms that can only be created under the express condition that you own the entirety {or almost the entirety} of the region? Preferably all or most of the Kingdom titles I would imagine.

Personally, that's what I do anyways. France to me cannot be France until I have absorbed all of Aquitaine, Brittany, and most of Burgundy. I leave Upper Burgundy and Savoie alone because I think they make the borders look awkward. Not that this is anything special mind you, most of the game's borders are awkward with the way the duchies piece together.

Some minor interface annoyances I’d like to see dealt with in a patch at some point:

  • An easy way to give someone all his de jure titles, or to list the titles that are making your vassal upset with you. I stopped by to write this mainly because I just gave an unhappy doux control of Flaviopolis instead of Flaviupolis.
  • A button to concede claims or give independence without waiting for someone to declare war on you for them. It’s too hard to weaken yourself without “cheating.”
  • The primary-vassals mapmode doesn’t automatically refresh. After handing out some land, I have to click again to show the current situation.
  • In my opinion, it would be better for the k_france title to be named “King of the Franks,” and e_france “King of France,” or perhaps Roi de France. This would let the player duplicate the feat of unifying France, as well as receiving a more familiar title. (They clearly couldn’t coexist, but Emperor of Francia, King of France is not much better.) If you’re going to use Latinite empire names such as Francia, then titles such as Rex Franciae or even Rex of Francia would be more accurate. Even Empereur des Français is a title that historically existed at one point. Likewise, I think I would rather see an early appearance of the British Empire than “The Empire of Britannia.”

It would be nice in general to have a more consistent policy of using either endonyms, historical styles, exonyms familiar to English-speakers, or fantasy names for the sake of giving every blob an empire tier.

Good lord no. No offense, but this is quite literally a terrible idea for numerous reasons. Personally I also quite like Francia, though I do dislike its confusing formation criteria.
