AGCEEP has "just" more countries involved and many, many more historical events (around 7,000 against 1,500, if not less, in 1.09) with more sensitive triggers and complex chains of events.

agceep is a DIFFRENT mod then the vanila REGULAR eu2; both need 1.09 wich is ONLY a patch and NOT a mod ( if considering vanila as beeing a "mod" as well) that ALL mods made for eu2 need it
