1.09 : The wishes of Christmas

Hello ^^

Team paradox continues to renew the fabulous game and this is one of the few teams who listen and realize the wishes.

For Christmas, my wish is simple:

I) Patch 1.09 should be the basileus could choice his chaplain as Patriarch of Constantinople ^^
Because : 1. It's historical and 2. because it's cool. ^^

II) Have more gaming opportunities linked to religious leaders as legates of the Pope, the Papal Nuncio, and the monasteries ...^^

I'll just re-quote my priorities, then.

and, since we are such nice guys, the free patch (1.09) will contain a whole slew of other neat little features (some of which people have actually even asked for.)

1) Dynamic Landed-Title Localization by culture, so that if a ruler of one culture rules a region it'll automatically have a different name. Selfish example: "d_markland;Kakatshu-utshishtun;", but for Norsemen "d_markland_north_germanic;Markland;".

2) Fixing so that the num_of_realm_counties I requested several patches ago actually works for buildings.txt

3) Letting us define pentarchy = yes as "pentarchy = orthodox/norse_pagan/etc." for mod-use to decentralize religions, having High-Priests like the Hofgoðar, but not having to have empty seats down in the Mediterranean.
