Note: Observed issue since 1.06.
When you are playing as the ruler of a Titular kingdom, (the ruler is the first person to hold the title), your ruler dies the succession changes to "Agnatic Open Elective", you are unable to change the law and a random courtier is chosen as the heir to the kingdom.
If this is WAD then what is even the point of having Titular titles if we cannot rule them for more than 2 generations continuously?
This then forces me to make said titular titles de jur which in some instances I don't want to do.
