1.07b...change or bug?

I have noticed since I updated to 1.07b that the inbred trait hardly every pops up no matter who is marrying whom. Is this a change or is my game wonky?

If you are not fairly sure it's a bug, please don't post in Bug Reports. Discuss here and then post in BR once the community agrees it's a bug.

I rarely seen it in 1.06b either, unless it was after generations of inbreeding.

IE. Brother marries my Daughter, no inbred children. Son marries my Niece, no inbred children. Thier children marry, only inbred children appeared.

I think generations of inbreeding create the trait, but it can trigger from single generations of inbreeding.

^ really it should take several repeat attempts before the recessive genes start showing up a lot. Also, don't forget that the ones who inherit the worst genes don't often survive to have kids so it can take longer.

I haven't seen it show up from a born child though, just random courtiers.

I havn't been that troubled by inbred trait in any version.. with 2 exceptions, but that was 5 or 6 repeated generations of marrying cousins/uncles/aunts, and even then it wasn't all that bad.

I'd try and see, what happens if you actively breed for the inbred trait, before anything certain can really be said..

Yeah I've seen the kids die when the AI did a couple marriages but then I have seen 2 inbreds that shouldn't have been so, from looking at the dynasty tree -- so, yeah maybe some recessive thing going on.
