From patch notes:
- Independent kingdoms with a king that controls their entire de jure area can now break out of de jure empires

This should really only happen for existing empires. It makes no sense that England gets removed from Britannia, Egypt from the Arab Empire. These two start their 100 year countdown right at game start in 1066, but others would make no sense either (Sweden, Norway or Denmark getting removed from Scandinavia if they complete their de jure kingdoms, or worse, France getting removed from Francia).
