Has anyone had a chance to do testing again with the effectiveness of logistic, interdiction, and ground attack strikes on 1.07? I know that logistical strike effectiveness was reduced, and the defense effectiveness of ground troops vs air power was reduced as well. This should mean a few things in my opinion:
CAS - now useful again for ground attack missions
TAC - the choice between logistical strikes and interdiction will now be valid
STR - The renewed effectiveness of ground attack and interdiction with CAS and TAC will make the usage of IC-days equivalent number of STR viable only for the nations that will have limited use for ground attack and interdiction missions, or nations dealing with range issues
Anyone have some hard numbers to prove/disprove any of this, so we can definitively say that air-to-ground war in AoD is now "fixed"?
