1.06c Patch for Mac

I'm trying to reinstall Hearts of Iron on a new computer that I just got, and I can't find the 1.06c patch anywhere. The places I thought I could find it have broken links and "file not found" pages. Without it, my enjoyment of the game is significantly reduced and I can't install the excellent CORE mod, which is even worse.

Is the patch available anywhere on the Internet, and if so, where?
