Hi all,

I noticed that with the new patch the german manpower is at 1.800 (sic!) at the start of the 1936 scenario. Is this really WAD?

I remember the starting MP for previous versions was clearly below 1K and that worked out just fine, it forced quality over quantity and you could be sure that an AI Germany had manpower issues by 1942/43 which was perfect.

su and uk has more manpower too.
Daily gain is lowered considerably.
and a factory now consumes 5mp (which was less in previous versions afaik)
so balance is fine in multiplayer imho
